MoSaiQC Autumn School on Quantum Optics, Cold Atoms and Laser Technologies

The MoSaiQC Autumn School 2023 takes place from Monday 11 to Thursday 14 September in Vienna, Austria. Early-Stage Researchers and supervisors are invited to attend the school. Poster session (Monday):
All MoSaiQC ESRs are expected to present a poster during the poster session on Monday afternoon. In order to prevent you having to travel with your poster, we will organize collective printing of the posters in Vienna. For this, you will need to send a PDF version of your poster to Swadheen ([email protected]) latest on Wednesday September 6. Your poster will then be ready for you at the venue.

You can buy single-trip ticket from Flughafen Wien to Vienna city center in OEBB ticket machine at Flughafen Wien. This ticket is valid for a single trip to Vienna by S-Bahn, regional and long-distance trains, it is valid also for city public transport, if you use it within the same trip.
Note! These tickets are not valid for CAT (CAT goes non-stop to Landstrasse-Wien Mitte, and it has its own light green platform and ticket machines).
From Hauptbahnhof Wien you can buy single-trip ticket in Wiener Linien ticket machine in the hall of U-Bahn station Hauptbahnhof. These tickets should be validated by the entrance in U-Bahn or inside the tram / bus.
On your way back with valid weekly ticket you can buy a single-trip ticket to Flughafen Wien from Stadtgrenze (choose the option in the top of the screen in OEBB ticket machine).
